We start by mixing our patented rubber formula in-house to ensure quality. We then form, press, cure, and package all parts on-site in order to control all aspects of the manufacturing process. We test every batch of rubber we produce, as well as visually inspect every part. We also do stringent diminsional testing of our parts according to ANSI standards.
